Improving your Gateway experience

ICN Gateway is more than a project directory, when used properly it is a powerful business marketing tool.

The most important step once you sign up to Gateway is to create a company profile. Your company profile is your resume, it gives a snapshot of your business that sells the benefits of your products and/or services as well as your organisational strengths. Simply, the better your profile the better the information displayed to project owners and procurement managers, so it’s important you know how to use ICN Gateway.

There are two important steps to ensure your profile stands out:

1.       Make sure you complete all sections. The more our consultants know about your company, the easier it is for us to match you with major projects

2.       Focus on what is important. The first sentence of your company summary should tell a story and reflect core capabilities.

Once you have your profile set up it’s time to get Gateway to work for you.

Find the jobs that suit you

Setting up email notifications in ICN Gateway is the simplest way to stay up-to-date with project opportunities, news and events. With a wide range of areas and industry sectors to select from, we’ll make sure you hear about specific work package opportunities of interest to you and save you time spent on searching for projects.

Getting the work packages you are interested in is simple - select the regions and sectors that you are interested in. All new work packages and job opportunities listed on ICN Gateway are compiled each night and if there are work packages listed that meet your criteria we will send you an email in the morning.

Put your hand up

If you see a project you think your company could contribute to, you can submit an expression of interest. This tells us that your company has the capability to do the work and that you want to be assessed.

Set up your Capability Statement

Be Compelling and Premium subscribers can easily generate a professionally designed capability statement that helps you promote your company's products and services, key strengths, clients, and much more.

Your capability statement can be published directly to your public profile so when someone clicks on your profile they have access to a professional looking flyer which summarises your core business. You can also use your capability statement as a marketing tool a marketing tool to accompany any tender or expression of interest.
