Summer Capability News 2016

Merry Christmas and welcome to the Summer 2016 edition of Capability News.

There are some exciting major projects happening around the country - including the $10.9 billion Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project, which will allow for more trains in and out of the city to cater for population growth. To maximise local opportunities, ICN has allocated industry advisors to each of the three major consortia.

We are also working with small and medium suppliers on a major north-south transport corridor in South Australia, and alternative energy projects in wind and solar throughout NSW, QLD and SA.

ICN recently attended Ausrail 2017 in Adelaide, giving small business a chance to piggyback on our exhibition site; and the first regional Victorian Manufacturing Showcase, held in Ballarat, was a huge success.

We hope you enjoy reading this edition, and we look forward to continuing to support Australians.

Chair, ICN Executive Directors
