AusIndustry delivers programs on behalf of the Australian Government to help existing and new Australian businesses innovate, grow and succeed.
Ausindustry is a specialist program delivery division within the Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education that:
- delivers many business programs worth about $2 billion each year
- has customer service managers in more than 20 offices across Australia, including 15 regional offices
- it has a long-standing relationship with Australian business with more that 15 years’ experience in dealing with business and business issues. We value that trust.
Our role – we are a key source of information and referral over a range of business areas. We work across all levels of government and reach even the most remote areas of Australia.
Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (EFIC)
Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (EFIC) provides finance and insurance solutions to help Australian exporters overcome the financial barriers they face when growing their business overseas.
As the Australian Government's export credit agency, they help successful businesses to win, finance and protect export trade or overseas investments where the private market is unable to provide all the support they need. They work directly with exporters or with their banks to provide loans, guarantees, bonds and insurance products which can be tailored to meet the needs of both large and small exporters.

Chamber of Commerce & Industry Western Australia
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (CCI) is a not-for-profit, member driven organisation providing quality, cost-effective information, professional services and support for business.
In keeping with their mission to help businesses in Western Australia run efficiently and profitably, CCI provides a one-stop-shop for any type of help of advice on managing, building or maintaining a business, regardless of size or sector. CCI provides a comprehensive range of services which include a directory of public training courses, business directories, apprentice and trainee management, employee relations and HR consultancy, OSH and workers' compensation advice, help with importing and exporting, business migration services and many others. The Entrepreneurs’ Programme provides business support and advice to help businesses commercialise novel products, processes and services, as well as improve their productivity and competitiveness.
