Transforming Women’s Economic Participation Workshop, designed to foster collaboration and drive change in male-dominated industries.
Centered around the Theme of “Unity”, this workshop will explore how the challenges women face in the workplace extend beyond the construction industry. While the Building Equality Policy has been a cornerstone for advocating and driving the participation of women in construction, our findings highlight that issues such as attraction, recruitment and retention are not confined to one sector.
This event will bring together small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), industry leaders, government representatives, academia, and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) experts to develop actionable outcomes. Together, we will address the barriers women face, create practical solutions and establish valuable networks across various industries.
The workshop will include roundtable discussions and networking opportunities, allowing participants to share insights, challenge the status quo and collaborate for meaningful change.
