Steve Kennedy
Capital Investment Director, Mauri – George Weston Foods

Steve Kennedy has been with George Weston Foods for 13 years and currently in the role as the Capital Investment Director for the Mauri business unit. Current responsibilities include overseeing a period of significant capex investment across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Mauri, Steve spent 11 years at DON KRC Smallgoods in Castlemaine primarily as the Operations Director.

Prior experience includes automotive components industry (FMP Group) with roles including R&D Engineering, major project/change management and operational leadership roles in Ballarat and Asia.

Steve remains based locally in the Ballarat region and is passionate about food manufacturing in Australia that provides sustainable benefits for both business and local communities.

Andrew Williams
Project Manager, BESIX Watpac

With more than a decade in the industry, Andrew has extensive experience across multiple sectors, including projects in live environments. His consultative and analytic approach ensure he provides highly effective and innovative input into ECI, methods, logistics and value management processes.

Andrew’s strong communication skills and understanding of construction methodologies ensure he leads his team efficiently while ensuring program and cost milestones are met. Andrew has extensive experience working closely with a wide range of statutory authorities, consultants and subcontractors. His consultative approach and analytic mindset ensure his credentials as a Project Manager are well supported and the role effectively executed.

Andrew Bradley
Senior Industry Liaison, ICN Victoria

 

Having joined ICN Victoria in 2007 as Grampians Regional Manager, Andrew is currently the Senior Industry Liaison, a position that is crucial to delivering the state government’s Local Jobs First Policy. Andrew has extensive experience in this field and works cross-functionally within ICN to ensure that all of our customers’ needs are met.

Maintaining and improving the level of Australian businesses with onshore operations acts as one of Andrew’s key motivators, which in turn involves regularly bringing together project owners, buyers, and suppliers from across the state to Help Local Win.
