Brett Ince

Regional Director, Regional Development Victoria

Brett is the Regional Director of Regional Development Victoria Barwon South West and is the Executive Officer for Regional Development Australia Barwon South West, the Barwon Regional Partnership, and the Great South Coast Regional Partnership. Regional Development Victoria (RDV) is the Victorian Government’s lead agency responsible for rural and regional economic development. RDV operates in partnership with regional businesses and communities, and all tiers of government to deliver the Government’s regional development agenda and instigate positive change for regional and rural Victorians. Our work includes enabling businesses to invest to consolidate and grow jobs, strengthen regional economies and enrich the social fabric of Victoria’s regional cities and towns

          

Amanda Harris

Project Director, Development Victoria

Amanda is a Project Director for Development Victoria, and is currently overseeing the delivery of five Regional Sports Infrastructure Porgram projects in Geelong and Bendigo. With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Amanda is passionate about delivering meaningful, sustainable projects that make a difference to communities.

 

Nicole Tarr

Senior Project Manager, Development Victoria

Nicole is a Senior Project Manager for Development Victoria and is currently managing the delivery of the Waurn Ponds Sporting Complex. With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, she has worked across both the private and public sectors.  Nicole has a strong track record in the delivery of complex major projects.

 

Seán Connolly

Senior Project Manager, Development Victoria

Seán Connolly is a Senior Project Manager at Development Victoria with extensive experience both nationally and internationally across the infrastructure industry. Seáns has experience which ranges across the civil sector and he has recently been involved with Development Victoria on the successful delivery of the Werribee Open Range Zoo Expansion project.

 

Andrew Westcott

Major Roads Project Victoria,  Senior Project Manager

Andrew Westcott is a Senior Project Manager at Major Road Projects Victoria in the Barwon South-West Region.  He has worked on numerous major road projects in the region over the past eighteen years.

 

Moana Weir

Local Jobs First Commissioner, Office of Local Jobs First

Moana Weir is the Local Jobs First Commissioner. As Local Jobs First Commissioner Moana works closely with government and industry to strengthen the participation of local industry and workers through Victorian Government procurement to support the delivery of economic and social benefits for Victorians.
