Brett Ince Regional Director, Regional Development Victoria Brett is the Regional Director of Regional Development Victoria Barwon South West and is the Executive Officer for Regional Development Australia Barwon South West, the Barwon Regional Partnership, and the Great South Coast Regional Partnership.
