USFPI NT Training Areas & Ranges Project Planning Phase Work Packages

Sitzler was recently awarded the Managing Contractor role for the USFPI Northern Territory Training Areas and Ranges Project. Early planning phase work packages have now been released for the Project, with Expressions of Interest (EOI's) closing on 2 December 2019.

The NT Training Areas and Ranges Project seeks to upgrade and expand the existing facilities at:

  • Robertson Barracks Close Training Area (RBTA)
  • Kangaroo Flats Training Area (KFTA)
  • Mt Bundey Training Area (MBTA); and
  • Bradshaw Field Training Area (BFTA)

These early planning phase packages are now open for EOI's:

  • 02 BUILDING CERTIFICATION
  • 03a RANGE DESIGN TECHNICAL SPECIALIST - OPTION A - COMPLETE SCOPE
  • 03b RANGE DESIGN TECHNICAL SPECIALIST - OPTION B - PARTIAL SCOPE - RANGE TECHNICAL DESIGN
  • 03c RANGE DESIGN TECHNICAL SPECIALIST - OPTION C - PARTIAL SCOPE - RANGE CIVIL DESIGN
  • 04 CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
  • 05 MEP AND SUPPORT DISCIPLINES
  • 06 COMMUNICATIONS AND SECURITY
  • 07 ARCHITECTURAL AND LANDSCAPE SERVICES
  • 08 COST PLANNING
  • 09 DIGITAL ENGINEERING / BIM
  • 10 ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT SERVICES AND INVESTIGATIONS
  • 12 LAND SURVEYING
  • 13 GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING AND INVESTIGATIONS
  • 14 WATER SUPPLY INVESTIGATIONS
