Founded in 1984, our philosophy and principle is to keep work from going offshore by helping to increase the number of home-grown SMEs working on projects and other procurement options in Victoria.

We offer services that support local industry participation, local content considerations and assist with the project procurement process.

ICN also administers the Local Jobs First Policy on behalf of the Victorian Government.

Great communities are built on infrastructure and manufacturing. Local Jobs First is about creating local jobs and opportunities for Victorian businesses and workers, whilst achieving value for money.
