$1 million funding to support entrepreneurs in bushfire-affected regions, The National Tribune
iAccelerate, a University of Wollongong-led business incubator and accelerator, has received $1m from the Bushfire Local Economic Recovery (BLER) Package, which is part of a $4.5 billion bushfire support program co-funded by the Australian and NSW governments for bushfire recovery, response and preparedness in NSW. iAccelerate aims to boost resilience and create jobs and the funding will allow the program to be rolled out in 10 areas affected by bushfires, support 90 entrepreneurs and create 300 new jobs.
