Warren Jansen - Chief Executive Officer
Warren holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hon) from the University of London and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Warren has over 20 years’ experience in senior management roles, having started his career as a journalist in Sri Lanka. Before his current role, Warren managed humanitarian settlement programs in Australia and overseas, established a disability
employment service in Southeast Asia and co-designed a sustainable
business model for an NDIS specialist accommodation service provider.
Louise Wakefield - Executive General Manager
Using over two decades of experience spanning local government, private sector development, and strategic planning Louise leverages her deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and policy frameworks to drive initiatives that bolster local industry participation in major projects.
She is passionate about fostering collaboration and building leadership capabilities within communities to achieve sustainable project outcomes, and promoting ICN as a key delivery partner of community benefits across Australia.

Phil Allen - Chief Technology Officer
Phil is the Chief Technology Officer at Industry Capability Network Limited (ICNL) where he has spearheaded the development of systems and infrastructure to support the Network’s vast array of tools and services, including the Gateway by ICN flagship product.
With over 35 years’ experience in Information Technology (IT) including over 15 years at ICNL, Phil has expertise in all aspects of technology from infrastructure architecture and security through to software development and data analysis.
Phil’s extensive portfolio of skills has driven major technology projects within AusTrade, Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service, Department of Defence, Department of Employment, Education, Training and Youth Affairs, Department of Immigration and Ethnic Affairs, AusAID, Microsoft and the Australian Taxation Office.
Phil’s dedication and devotion is paramount to the delivery of ICNL’s vision, and his expertise has ensured that ICN maintains the highest levels of security and reliability across all systems.
