Our business structure and accountability
The Network is a joint venture made up of the company members of ICNL.
Although each member is an independent organisation with its own business model and accountabilities, we are all subject to terms and conditions in relation to our roles in the Network:
- As company members of ICNL, we must comply with the requirements of membership set out in the Memorandum & Articles of Association
