George Stojkovski
Project Director, UGL

George is a senior transport executive with over 20 years’ experience within the Rail sector. George has led large multi-disciplined customer focused operations teams and led major improvement programs.

Ian Evans
Head of Engineering, Asset Management & Business Improvement, UGL

Ian is a Senior Operations and Program Director with a proven track record of delivering large scale projects in a customer focused industry with a strong emphasis on output, efficiency, team work, strategic vision and delivering projects aligned with schedule and budget expectations.

Sheetal Lal
Procurement Specialist, UGL

Sheetal is an enthusiastic and determined professional with extensive knowledge in all faculties of buying and procurement, with over 13 years’ experience in the supply chain and manufacturing industry. She is currently working as the Senior Buyer at UGL Unipart Auburn Maintenance Facility, leading a team who manage the buying for UGL Unipart, with a solid track record of negotiation with suppliers to get the best possible outcome.

Liam Grogan Commercial Specialist, UGL

Liam works as a Commercial Analyst within UGL’s Transport Division, with a focus on winning work and supporting mobilisation programs. Liam is particularly keen to implement lessons learned whilst mobilising the UGL Regional Linx business, where UGL is the Infrastructure Maintainer responsible for the NSW Country Regional Network (CRN) and improve the ability of SMEs and local business to deliver works with a future UGL operation.

Sally Matthews
People and Culture Manager, UGL

Sally is an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional with over 10 years of experience in managing the delivery of HR strategies and HR transformation. She has also led the design of social procurement and people strategies for RFT Phases in line with Federal and State Government requirements and policies.

Aston Smith
Procurement Lead, UGL

Aston is a Local Industry Participation Policy Subject Matter Expert – SME. Aston has over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing Government procurement policy and Government procurement supply chain engagement strategies. Aston managed the Victorian Industry Participation Policy – VIPP from 2007 – 2013, where he was responsible for transforming the policy into its current form. He has a complete 360o viewpoint on local procurement policies.

Andy Balmain
Manager – Business Development and Client Services ICN Victoria

Andy Balmain joined ICN Victoria in 2010, with a prior 34 years experience in construction, manufacturing and project management. He is well-connected in the Defence Sector and has experience in product design & development, factory, sales & marketing, and a commercial management background working in Composite Component Manufacturing and Commercial Construction.
Andy has been involved in some the significant projects for ICN, supporting local industry engagement, collaboration and joint ventures.

Andrew Bradley
Senior Industry Liaison, ICN Victoria

Having joined ICN Victoria in 2007 as Grampians Regional Manager, Andrew is currently the Senior Industry Liaison, a position that is crucial to delivering the state government’s Local Jobs First Policy. Andrew has extensive experience in this field and works cross-functionally within ICN to ensure that all of our customers’ needs are met. Maintaining and improving the level of Australian businesses with onshore operations acts as one of Andrew’s key motivators, which in turn involves regularly bringing together project owners, buyers, and suppliers from across the state to Help Local Win.
