The Australian Manufacturing Technology Institute Limited (AMTIL) has announced the Sydney dates of the Australian Manufacturing Week (AMW), an industry exhibition encompassing all aspects of manufacturing in Australia.

AMW will take place at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney Australia from 17-19 April 2024.

AMTIL’s aim is for Australian Manufacturing Week to be more than just an exhibition. It will instead act as the centrepiece of a week-long celebration of manufacturing in Australia today.

There are plenty of reasons to visit Australian Manufacturing week:

SRL East Linewide – Urban Leap – Industry Briefing Geelong

UrbanLeap comprising of (Gamuda Engineering, Keolis Downer, Siemens, AECOM, GHD, Hyundai Rotem and Downer Rail) is one of two shortlisted consortia developing its detailed proposal for the delivery of the Suburban Rail Loop - SRL East Works Package G. The contract is expected to be awarded in 2025. Urbanleap is committed to maximising local content for Suburban Rail Loop East - Line-wide project throughout the term and will deliver sustainable economic benefits for local business and the community. This will be achieved by working collaboratively with the SRLA, its partners and the local community to achieve the Project Objectives in alignment with the Local Jobs First Policy and the Victorian Social Procurement Framework.
