ICN Victoria’s Role in Recovery

article image

It cannot be understated how significant the challenges our State has faced this year but now it’s time to rebuild and recover by encouraging industry and supporting jobs.

ICN Victoria has a critical role in our economic recovery and this Budget reinforces our mandate of administering, maximising and encouraging local industry engagement and good job creation.

With funds committed to industry, innovation, skills and training, and gender and social equality, we are uniquely placed as a trusted partner of the Victorian Government working across all types of procurement, administering the Local Jobs First Policy and through our Social Procurement Program.

We look forward to working with all our stakeholders on this next Big Build and we encourage suppliers looking for procurement opportunities to reach out for assistance or visit ICN Gateway.

“Through this recovery-motivated budget, industry has an opportunity to create jobs and benefits for Victorians who need it most. ICN Victoria will continue to assist in this endeavour, as we have done since 1984,”said Dianne Smith, Chief Executive Officer, ICN Victoria.
