Stand out from the crowd with ICN’s automatic quad charts

With more and more Defence projects making quad charts a tender requirement, you can’t afford not to develop one for your business. But the process can be expensive and time-consuming. That’s where ICN can help.

“Quad Charts are used throughout the industry to help professional buyers quickly work out exactly who your business is, what your business does, what sets it apart, and more,” ICN Limited CEO Warren Jansen said.

“If you’re a Premium or Be Compelling subscriber, you can now generate a professionally prepared quad chart in a few easy steps.

ICN has partnered with reKnow, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) company that helps business realise the value of their existing knowledge by transforming and repurposing it for new channels and audiences.

“With the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI), information from your ICN Gateway profile is used to instantly populate your quad chart, saving you time and effort to create,” said Suzette Baily, Founder of reKnow.

Once the information is in quad chart, you are able to tailor your content, depending on what sort of tender you are submitting, download it and share instantly to promote your business’s products and services, and well as key strengths, clients, and much more.

Premium subscribers get a choice of four designs, and can switch when responding to different tenders. They can edit, save and download as many times as needed, as well as upload a copy to their profile for others to see.

Be Compelling subscribers have just one design option, but can still edit, save and download as many times as needed.

“ICN is proud to be able to help our subscribers ease the burden of responding to tenders in a timely and cost-effective way,” Warren said.
