Global Resource Support – The GRS Difference

Global Resource Support assists our clients in increasing their profitability through reduced project costs and downtime. We pride ourselves on executing the seemingly impossible tasks and welcome all challenges. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and we can’t see why not!

Gateway by ICN has significantly impacted our company. It has allowed us to seek and submit bids for various jobs and work with different clients, allowing us to showcase our capabilities and get our company name out into the industry.

In 2021, Global Resource Support submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) on Gateway by ICN for a Headframe Erection Project at Prominent Hill, SA. By 2022, the client engaged us to undertake regular meetings and the early works of the project. We successfully secured the contract and began mobilizing to the site, eventually completing the final stages of the successful project in 2023.

As a small family-owned business, we undertook one of our most significant projects in years, involving heavy and critical lifts utilising one of the most substantial cranes in Australia. Despite the challenges, we ensured the project’s success, forming a strong reputation on-site due to our dedicated workforce.

We now have a small crew on site to assist our client with day-to-day work. GRS maintains a great working relationship with our client and other contractors on site, and the Headframe Erection project showcased our capabilities as a small company.

“We faced many struggles and challenges along the way, but in the end, we ensured it would be a successful project, working alongside our client and other contractors. We recruited a wide range of employees for this project that are now part of our family,” said the team at Global Resource Support.
