BlueFloat Energy is amongst the global market leaders in the development of the offshore wind industry, with over 22 gigawatts of projects in development.  Australia is one of their biggest markets and four large scale projects, one off the coast of Gippsland and west of Portland, and two in NSW, in development.

BlueFloat Energy want to engage local business and people and hear from businesses with a broader interest in the sector as well.

At this Industry Briefing, BlueFloat Energy will talk about their portfolio, identify the benefits of the offshore wind sector and the opportunities for the local supply chain and providers to build  the Greater Gippsland Offshore Wind Project.

This online Industry Briefing event is open to all SMEs in the region and beyond. Come along and hear from critical project members at BlueFloat Energy about the opportunities in the expanding and exciting offshore wind industry in Victoria.

BlueFloat Energy are looking for expressions of interest across the whole supply chain including Traditional Owner businesses and environmental investigations through to vessel operators, piling, supply of scour, turbine marking and lighting.

Central to attending is your opportunity to ask questions of our presenters at the Q&A session. This is where you can connect with to the buyers, learn more about the project and how it could benefit your business or organisation.

Meet your speakers:
Carlos Martin BlueFloat Energy’s CEO – BlueFloat’s vision
Ana Raquel García Rubio Chief Economic and Trade Commissioner of Spain in Australia – the investment pipeline of Spanish companies in Australia
Nick Sankey
Country Manager – Greater Gippsland Offshore Wind Project and the Australian portfolio
