He has also lived in Submarines in the Royal Australian Navy, which he did for nine years as an engineering manager. He finally landed in construction and spent the last three years with LXRP, before coming across to Spark NEL in January. She has aspirations for social and sustainable procurement practices and looks forward to applying her background in Women and Gender studies to the Building Equality Policy program for ICN Victoria.
Andrew Bradley Senior Industry Liaison, ICN Victoria
Having joined ICN Victoria in 2007 as Grampians Regional Manager, Andrew is currently the Senior Industry Liaison, a position that is crucial to delivering the state government’s Local Jobs First Policy. Andrew has played a lead role in helping to deliver ICN services to many major projects. Maintaining and improving the level of Australian businesses with onshore operations acts as one of Andrew’s key motivators, which in turn involves regularly bringing together project owners, buyers, and suppliers from across the state. Andrew’s career commenced in the UK working for a Builders Merchants Group which lead to spending time living and working in Jordan and Qatar in the same field. A year working as Export Manager for Johnson Tiles in the UK was followed by a move to Australia with the same company. A subsequent move to Ballarat to work at Eureka Tiles as National Sales Manager and then as Export Manager for Athlegen has ensured that Andrew well and truly calls Ballarat home.
