Within Victoria’s emerging renewable energy sector, there is growing demand for all members of the supply and value chain to understand current and future capabilities and capacity, delivery timeframes and procurement opportunities. At this Renewables Mixer, ICN Victoria will bring together leaders from across the sector to unlock the potential of the local supply chain, help local win and support the delivery of major renewable infrastructure projects while maximising sovereign manufacturing capability.
The Renewables Mixer presents a unique opportunity to network with major renewable project developers (offshore wind and solar), key government agencies tasked with delivering the Government’s renewable energy targets, existing suppliers and up and coming innovators.
ICN Victoria works with the Victorian Government to implement their Local Jobs First Policy which seeks to maximise local industry participation and jobs on major government investments, including significant renewable energy investments. ICN Victoria helps set local content targets, ensures bidders and contractors understand and maximise local capability and capacity, and matches suppliers with buyers.
