Rhiannon Olle |
Rhiannon leads the Development team and is a renewable energy expert with over a decade of experience. Her expertise is across the entire development life cycle including site finding, due diligence, land tenure negotiations, environmental assessments, stakeholder engagement, planning and regulatory approvals. |
Ravi Singh |
Ravi is responsible for all technical aspects of the business including design, technology selection, grid connections, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M). His focus is improving efficiency of grid connections and improving EPC/O&M costs while ensuring high quality projects. |
Helen Kennedy |
Helen has worked in the industry since 1996, beginning as a project developer in the UK, before moving to Australia in 2002. She now focuses on community & stakeholder management for development projects. Helen has a MSc in EIA and Management and holds the IAP2 Australasia Certificate of Engagement. |
Michelle Croker |
Michelle works as a senior social consultant for Umwelt and has been supporting ESCO Pacific with community engagement and social impact assessment. Her focus is on developing relationships with industry to deliver on the Victorian government’s social procurement requirements. |
Andrew Bradley |
Having joined ICN Victoria in 2007 as Grampians Regional Manager, Andrew is currently the Senior Industry Liaison, a position that is crucial to delivering the state government’s Local Jobs First Policy. Andrew has extensive experience in this field and works cross-functionally within ICN to ensure that all of our customers’ needs are met.
Maintaining and improving the level of Australian businesses with onshore operations acts as one of Andrew’s key motivators, which in turn involves regularly bringing together project owners, buyers, and suppliers from across the state to Help Local Win.
